Davensport Motorsports knows a thing or two about the LS platform. Whether it's a Corvette, Camaro or GM Truck, Davenport has been modding these cars and have it down to a science. The latest customer build to come from Davenport is a 2012 Cadillac Escalade, that from the factory is already a fully-loaded truck, but this owner was looking for a little more grunt and performance from his hauler.
The Davenport crew started at the heart of the beast with a positive displacement supercharger, camshaft from the Corvette ZR1 and an upgraded valvetrain to handle the extra power. To keep exhaust gasses flowing, long tube headers were installed along with high-flow cats to finish it off.
Every truck needs the right look and sometimes stock height just doesn't cut it. This Caddy has been lowered 2" inches in the front and 3" in the rear and 15" 6-Piston Baer Brakes were installed to help this heavyweight stop on a dime.
The final touch to the Escalade was a stunning set of 22" HRE 940RL three piece wheels in a brushed clear finish with a polished outer. Overall this build is tasteful and totally functional street truck with the guts of a world classs supercar. Another job well done by Davenport.
